Bike To Work Cycle Scheme
From the 1st of January 2009 the Irish Government introduced the new cycle to work scheme with the provision of a bicycle and safety equipment that could purchases to the value of € 1,250.00 for each employee.

The Scheme was updated to include E-BIKES with an allowance of €1,500.00 towards an E-Bike purchase &
€3,000.00 allowance towards a Cargo Bike Purchase.
​
& will be treated as a tax exempt benefit-in-kind.
The exemption may only apply once in any four year period in respect of any employee.
